Event Details: This year, we are celebrating the reopening of our Whare Tupuna on the 3rd of February 2025. The Whare Tupuna has been fully restored and refurbished, celebrating its 101st year. With this milestone, we are offering an extra sales day and expect large numbers to attend.

Limited stall sites available.


Stall Site Information:

• Site Size: All stalls measure 6m x 4m.
• Set-up Time: 2nd February 2025, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM (no later).
• Vehicle Access: Vehicles are permitted for set-up on the 2nd of February. After set-up, and during business hours, vehicles must be moved to our designated parking area within the marae grounds. Our aim is to reduce the risk of car movements happenin in the same walking space as pedestrians. HEALTH AND SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT. 
• Stall Site Allocation: A Marae officer will allocate all stall sites. Stallholders must use their assigned site only.
• Vehicle Parking: Any extra vehicles must park outside the grounds in an allocated parking area due to limited space.
• Security: Stallholders are responsible for their own belongings. Please work together with our Marae office who will offer solutions so you can effectively manage your overnight stall site security. The Marae is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Opening Hours: Gates to the stall area will open at 6:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM each day.

Waste & Environmental Policy:

• Zero Waste: Waitangi Marae supports Zero Waste. All food sold must be in compostable or recyclable containers.
• No plastic bags are permitted.
• Health Focus: Waitangi Marae encourages food and drink stallholders to offer healthier alternatives where possible to promote healthy eating choices.

• Note: All stall bookings are subject to final approval. Your stall site will be confirmed once details and payment have been received.
